His report from Hong Kong states:
Good Friends Magic has worked at 2 different riding schools in Hong Kong since April 2016, the latest being Beas River Riding School.
• He is very sweet and easy to handle in the stable and has no vices.
• He is quiet under saddle and well behaved in most situations.
He starts off stiff but can go quite nicely once he begins to move forwards.
He has a steady canter but is prone to loss of balance and tripping in the trot. It’s important that he’s worked together and correctly. (Please Note: we have not observed any tripping since he began work at ITR)
He is 14 so a bit stiff and rough to start off with, but really warms up well. We didn't expect him to jump well, but he does. Just point and shoot.
He is not going to go high level at anything. He is just a safe, quiet horse, who will be a fun horse to have and learn from! He hates being in a stable but will happily tie up outside one! Will tie up anywhere and is very fuss free.
